Thank you for this pertinent and timely notice of the reintroduction of
that
I have contacted my Representatives to request the support of this Bill to save Military lives and increase their effectiveness, while cutting down on fossil and other energy usage that is not renewable.
I ask please that those in concurrence with this Bill do likewise.
