Cartoons won’t help. Spend the $10 mil on tanks & military to fight the vermin that are terrorizing Mexico. Mexico is definitely a war zone. No jobs in U.S.? = more recruits for narco cartels.Afraid we will see a new generation of Mex. citizens with a bleak future.

A single tank costs $4-6 million, plus an equivalent amount for spare parts and training. Would it be better just to create a more heavily armed government in a country with a history of authoritarianism, or for the people of that country to be somehow empowered to create better lives for themselves?
