Hundreds of workers and their families, many with dogs in tow, enjoyed a cool day at Reid Park at the Pima Area Labor Federation's Labor Day Picnic on Monday.

The blindfold thing I can understand, though I’m not in agreement. Here in Japan we do a similar thing, but with a watermelon (and after the watermelon is smashed, everyone eats it. Little kids can’t manage at all with the blindfold, so it’s not used for them. Understandable, really.
Yes, I liked that as well. The nurturing of future mass murderers!
@Roberto De Vido My first thought about the piņata: Why isn’t that kid wearing a blindfold? My second thought: Why does that piņata look like a princess and the boys have to have a go at it?
