Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett said he will accept signatures from the proposed "Quality Education and Jobs" 1-cent sales tax initiative and let the courts decide the their validity. Ann-Eve Pederson organizer of initiative said her group will challenge any effort to invalidate the signatures.
