Man wanted for attempted murder arrested in Huachuca City

A man wanted for attempted murder and kidnapping was arrested Wednesday in Huachuca City by a team of of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine personnel and U.S. Marshals, CBP said.

The man was wanted for conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, kidnapping, and aggravated assault, the Border Patrol said.

A CBP Air and Marine crew assisted the Marshals Service in air surveillance of the home where the man was thought to be living and reported activity around the property to ground personnel who took the suspect into custody without incident, the Border Patrol said.
