Copper Queen Community Hospital CEO Jim Dickson has proposed that rural hospitals be allowed to set up a funding pool to draw federal dollars, at no cost to the state. The idea is being considered by state and federal officials.

Now that a budget surplus has arisen, Brewer wants to sent her cronies on boondoggle trips to Asia to promote Arizona tourism. These same people promote the Rosemont mine and block cross border shoppers. Please contact your statehouse representative and tell them to fund the rural hospitals with part of the surplus and put the rest into a rainy day fund.
They can use Facebook and Arizona residents that already travel to advocate as tourism ambassadors.
