Bottom line, don't be a jerk.

The Tucson Weekly is trash cover-to-cover. Has been as far back as I can remember. Did you see their “endorsements” for the last election? With the one exception of Beth Ford, they endorsed a straight democrat ticket (which unfortunately far too many people vote around here).
I wouldn’t mind them being biased so much if they didn’t attempt to present themselves as an unbiased publication. Perhaps the “Tucson Hardcore Liberal” would be a more honest and appropriate title for their publication.
The one and only good, entertaining reason to read the Weakly (oops, did I just misspell that?) was the Uncensored Ads. The last time I picked one up, I discovered that they are gone.
Maybe someone new at the helm will help them clean up their act. Here’s hoping…
@Bret Linden, Like every alt-weekly in the nation, the Tucson Weekly presents news with a point of view. I don’t see how you claim they pretend to do otherwise; they’ve done it for a quarter-century.
You might not agree with their editorial stance, but they’ve got some quality reporters, and Jimmy’s a kick-ass journalist himself.
The adjectival form is “Democratic,” by the way.
“alt-weekly”? Alternative? Sure, alternative to good…
