Our soon to be terminated Chief’s opinion doesn’t matter any more than he does. Making law is neither his job nor his perogitive. The law has been passed and it is his job (while he still has it) to enforce the law. 1070 IS THE LAW and it WILL withstand the courts scrutiny. TPD and PCSO WILL enforce the law or the provision in 1070 which allows penalization of those officers not enforcing it to be punished will be used HEAVILY. This I PROMISE!
We the people, we the VAST majority of legal, registered voters insist that Tucsons sanctuary status end NOW and by god, one way or another we WILL make it end NOW no mattr how many of our politicians and officers we have to vote out of office or sue into the ground.
