Well, Kelly should have never lost the ‘10 election to Giffords. Hopefully, the district will get it right this time around.
Bret,
Kelly is an empty suit. Tell me what he stands for other than getting elected. All he says is he is going to lower taxes, and lower gas prices. That is pure pandering to ignorant voters who don’t ask the question how, or dig any deeper. A vote for Kelly is a vote made for selfish reasons. I believe the market should set gas prices, and tax reductions can only happen with matching spending cuts. He has no plan, no intellect, no education, and is not worthy of being dog catcher.

Simply put, Jesse Kelly has neither the brains, credibility or honesty for public office, the will for fighting or the compassion to represent the people of southern Arizona either CD8 OR CD2.
This whole election process goes to show the disregard the Democratic party has for the people of Arizona: In hoping to have a Democrat candidate as an incumbant their party has convinced Gabriel Giffords to step down and force an expensive special primary and election knowing that there will also be a regular primary election in August(?)and a general election in November. As little as gets done during an election year anyway, Ms. Giffords absence would never have been missed. How much did the Democrats cost us in this stunt?
