This is retarded. All this deal is doing is pushing back the inevitable. Lee will NEVER even come close to becoming solvent ever again.
When the inevitable finally does happen, I for one would LOVE to see the Star shut its doors. I would say that I wouldn’t miss the Star, but that’s not true…I do-and have been-miss the Star since about the mid-90’s. They were a fine paper once, but somewhere in the 90’s something went terribly wrong there and they’ve been going steadily downhill ever since. So, I am already missing the Star.
But, it’s all the internet’s fault…right? *sigh*
