We will not remove comments solely because they are heartless, cruel, coarse, foolish or just plain wrong. Your disapproval can maintain a decent signal to noise ratio. Ultimately, however, self-policing is the best method.
Bottom line, don't be a jerk.

No mention of Kate Becker or Seashell Radio playing on Scott, but the talentless Grandpa Silvey gets a photo? The Screening Room held a benefit for Hope Animal Shelter. Cinema la Placita showed “Rebel Without a Cause” outdoors. I know there was a lot going on, but it’s almost as if the reporter went out of her way not to mention certain events, and to make the overall event—other than the concert at the Fox—seem low rent and no big deal. As to 4th Ave, isn’t the Street Fair twice a year enough for them? If not, then nothing’s stopping them from starting their own thing on a more regular basis. I parked on 4th, and quite a number of stores there stayed open late, because there was more, and more varied foot traffic thee than on a normal Sat. night in July.
